Our employee social programs provide support where it is needed most while also encouraging activities that our colleagues pursue beyond their daily work. The continued interest in these programs confirms that this support is meaningful and valuable.
The A Friend in Need program helps employees who find themselves in difficult life situations and require prompt support and assistance. So far this year, we have received one application, which was approved following assessment.
The Man Does Not Live by Work Alone program is intended for active employees who dedicate their free time to sports, hobbies, or volunteer work. In 2026, we are supporting the following organizations and associations: Bohumín Model Railway, Czech Red Cross, Rychvald Volunteer Fire Brigade, Junák – Czech Scout Karviná, MILI FEST, Pavel Novotný Foundation Fund, Praga Czech Racing Team, PS Dance Petřvald Dance Group, and Tipp Kick Bohumín.
